247/365 morning practice! Needed a warmup coffee sketch (left) to get my hand moving. Next I noticed two friends sitting by the window so far they wouldn’t notice me sketching them. I started with an ink line and didn’t like how it went, so I switched to watercolour, added the window behind the lady. Next I did another sketch (two friends below) directly with watercolour — it turned out easier on such a small scale 🎨

That's why they're so desperate to keep on lying, piling one falsehood atop another. They know that if they pause—even for a moment—the fog will clear and they'll be finished. So it has to be relentless, unending.

The only way to deal with it is to block it. Run, don't walk, away, Don't engage or wrestle with it.

Starve it of all oxygen.

Hopeless is happy. All I got is present moment. Hope takes that moment away. Therefore I need no hope to keep on living what is.
