Terugkijkend op mijn zorgkosten van de afgelopen 10 jaar zie ik vooral een enorme verkwisting door slechte diagnoses, versnippering van kennis en financiële prikkels die het systeem zo snel mogelijk onbetaalbaar maken en de kwaliteit ondermijnen.
