#PortlandME #NoKings rally was mostly peaceful (there was an incident after the rally, involving a woman obstructing traffic, then throwing a water bottle at a police officer. Another woman attacked the officer with an air horn during the arrest). Saw a lot of familiar faces from other rallies. Only one cop car, who was mostly there to direct traffic. Folks began dispersing around 1:15pm, and kept their signs up for the tourists downtown!
