I'm an indie game developer. My first title will have been #Quintrum

Since Quintrum gathers information, it links up with Amazon Web Services. I recently received my inaugural invoice from AWS, totaling a mere 0.26 USD. The amount is so insignificant, it amazes me they even took the trouble to charge me.
Quintrum collects anonymized data on crashes and gameplay, including session start time, lines cleared when a piece settles, gaps and overhangs from piece placement, and game duration. I'm open to providing more details for those interested.
I reached a 3-week posting streak on @bufferapp!
I'm adding visual bells. I don't feel like learning how to do layers in GIMP, so shall do it in #phaser.io code: a container that manages the order and alpha transparency of its contents. Probably. #indiegamedev #gamedev #sologamedev #Quintrum
What is the current state of the Early Access version?
It's a fun game, and it has nearly full controller support. Blocks sink. You can soft drop, that is, to accelerate the downward movement for as long as you continue hold the down direction on the D-pad. Move left, right, rotate in both directions, mirror twist. You can clear rows. (True as of time of posting)
* Left stick support
* At least one music track
* Achieve full Xbox controller support on Steam
* Achieve DualShock USB support on Steam
* Leaderboards?
* Show the next piece
* Hard drop support with laser sight
* ??? Please help
How is the full version [of #Quintrum] planned to differ from the Early Access version?
I would like to achieve the following before launch:
* Show the score
* A more consistent visual aesthetic
* Smaller blocks, to fit more stuff on the screen
To be continued...
S: Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?
C: Until 2025-Aug-01.
S: Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
C: I can't say for certain. I don't have any particular pricing plans at present.

Steam is asking me why I want to release my game in early access. Over the next few days, I'll be sharing my candid, 100% AI-free answers.
Steam asks, "Why Early Access?"
"I need help determining what people want from my game. I heart the players! Corporate America taught me the value of the customer's perspective," I reply.
I've enhanced Quintrum's animations to be smooth and detailed during rotations, reflections, or shifts, creating an impression of tangible pieces. Unlike other block-dropping games that simply pop pieces into place, I'm elevating the experience. #Quintrum #indiegamedev
