Six months back, I was clearing dead plants and weeds at the allotment. Hard physical work with clear purpose - you can't grow new crops in crowded soil. Then digging in the manure, planning where crops were gonna go.
Same with myself really. Cleared out some habits that weren't serving me, made space for better ones to take root. Not as mystical as it sounds - just practical growth, like nature teaches.
