@Nina in my team we make "virtual coffee" meet calls where we cannot talk about work, this is a great way to get engaged with the people. Also when we make some call about any subject (fix technical problems, decide some workflows...) we usually spent some time after to speak about anything, just like water-cooled conversations.

@deshipu I'm not saying that a first person is always more inmersive, but it can be compared with the alternative that the developer is able to implement.

And in my opinion, an abstract piece can be, sometimes, more inmersive than a realistic one.

@deshipu it can be more inmersive if you cannot implement a good character (maybe you have no good character artist or animator). Is more inmersive to not see the character than to see a broken one. And also without a visual character the player can fill the gap with his own idea of a character that matches with the game.
