The garbage man says, "We now scan your garbage to bring you more relevant ads!" The man says, "Geez. That's sketchy." Then the man asks, "I value privacy. Do you guys have an incognito mode?" The garbage man says, "Ugh. Yes." and puts masks on the face. The man hands the bag of garbage to the garbage man, who still going to scan everything despite an incognito mode. The cartoon is a commentary on the increasing use of personal data by companies to target advertising.
