Do not bother with DWD weather forecasts. "Solid block of snow for 7 hours" according to them tonight in Berlin, it's been drizzle since 5pm. Only one out of 6 other weather forecast providers still insisting it's snowing!

Ready for another currywurst!
On my way to Berlin for a few days, onwards to Hamburg on Sunday.
Hopefully the ice has melted before the snow (according to some forecasts) arrives again tonight.

@LaD_Hallo @jmhorner once did Berlin to Cologne with Flixtrain. Can't remember how long that took but it was a long drag, 8 hours? Seem to stop everywhere!

@LaD_Hallo @jmhorner I'd definitely do it or something similar in time again but during the day. It was on my bucket list of things to do, so done that move on!

@LaD_Hallo @jmhorner 8 hours, 22.30-06:30. I took it thinking "Great, arrive early in Berlin after a nice sleep and enjoy the day!".
It was very uncomfortable, (had a couchette), cramped and very hot in the cabin. Hardly slept, arrived completely knackered. Totally defeated the reason to do it.
Oh, there was no running water to have a wash etc before arriving.
Pretty poor experience really

@LaD_Hallo @jmhorner I did the European Sleeper train Amsterdam to Berlin last month.
Never again (with them anyway).
