The Super Bowl is a window into how much the U.S. economy has changed. I remember when it was mostly ads for cars, beer and stuff you’d find in the grocery store. Now it’s all AI, gambling, crypto (also gambling) and Ozempic.
Conflict with staff, clients, suppliers, and even your business partners will happen. How you respond to it makes the difference between fractures and successful resolution. Spoiler, if you try and please everyone you'll go crazy. Punching everyone in the nose is ultimately a losing strategy too. The answer is nuanced but we have it for you.
