re @claudeai

I've identified industrial-scale copyright violations on my content by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, X, and more.

These companies created thousands of crawlers incorporating the text of all my blog posts, open source code, and books into their paid AI models to profit exorbitantly.

Anthropic whining about other AI companies ingesting their model data.

My LG WebOS Smart TV became unbearably slow. So I was looking into having a seperate machine to be the smart box. I have an old Raspberry Pi 3 laying around and was wondering what the best solution is. I already have a setup and I would want to watch YouTube on that thing. I know is a thing but are there better more modern solutions out there or could I just put Android TV on that Raspberry? Anyone have a recommendation?

So I’ve been listening a lot to the Self-Hosted Podcast and keeps comming up. But after looking into it I don’t really see a benefit atleast for Docker containers. I have about 10 Docker Composes I manage and I don’t think I’ll benefit from NixOs there or am I wrong about this? I currently just have those composes on a Debian machine.

@harpaa01 Yeah I think so too. Thanks for all the info! But do you have a link to your Voyager keymap on Oryx?

@harpaa01 So I basically first went the DIY route and tried to build a Lily58 and that worked for a week but after that my micro-controller broke (idk why).
Then I tried building a Corne with the LEDs but that was too difficult for my soldering skills and then I just said f- it and ordered the Voyager.

But regarding the adapting it should be fairly easy because I was already fairly comfortable with the Lily58 (70 wpm).

@harpaa01 Awesome! Yeah the travelling aspect is also a big plus for me. I just ordered the Voyager 3 days ago and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. Just a bit anxious about only having two thumb keys. That’s why I’m asking about the row shift.
I even printed out the 1:1 pdf to see how it would feel haha

@dasdom But do you have large hands or smaller ones or normal?

@dasdom Thanks about the videos about the ZSA Voyager. I was wondering how awkward it is to have the home row shifted up compared to the normal layout. Can you comment about that?

@harpaa01 Oh and btw the reply feature on your blog doesn't work bc the captcha won't appear.

@harpaa01 It's quite hard to find you, if one only knows your blog.
But I managed to do it, after searching Twitter with "icanthascheezburger" and then seeing the Mastodon handle in your profile.

But why I even wanted to find you is because I read your blog post about the ZSA Voyager (nice post btw) and I wanted to ask you for a link of your layout. If I read it correctly your have your home row shifted up. How is the layout going after a few weeks and can you recommend shifting the row up?
