@A_bee @volts.wtf I see what you mean. My read of the memo is that in this case he has determined that two legal aliens are deportable under statute. I agree that this can be stretched to attack full citizens but I don’t see that argument clearly made here. That said I’m not a lawyer and very unfamiliar with immigration law so Rubio may be doing some legal maneuvering I do not understand.
