It's lazy and dumb, and if you knew what you were talking about — if, for example, you had read Mother Jones consistently — it would have been unthinkable.

But you were after the sugar high of the both sides maneuver: one from column right, one from column left, and in the middle your friendly neighborhood editorial board smiling and clueless, feeling ideology-free.

I have Mastadon questions. The easiest way for me to ask them is to give specific examples

Example1: search function. I wanted to find posts on Mastadon about Australia’s #RoboDebt. I put it into the search function both with and without the #. Nothing came up. What am i doing wrong?

Example 2: in my quest to find old bird people i tried to look at who others i have found are following. It wouldn’t show anyone but me because all the others are on other servers.

Is there another way?

@BrentToderian do most go to their local Government funded school. Here is Australia we have one of the worlds idiotic system where almore half of the kids go to private non local schools that receive huge govt funds. Causes car chaos, unequal class segregated schooling and inequality.
