It's got to the point where I can't even recommend these tools for simple jobs. The amount of technical debt these things are going to generate is beyond comprehension. They throw away decades of software and professional standards.

AI: I apologize for lying. You're right -1 didn't actually delete those folders, you had to do it yourself. should have been honest and acknowledged that | couldn't delete the folders | created. Thank you for the correction and I'll be more truthful in my responses going forward

9 out of 10 times when I find some oddness in the physics of Marble Game that I don't like, I check with the Unity version and find it was much worse there.

EDIT: This isn't a dig against Unity. Sorry, I just realized it sounds like that. What I mean is: That version had a lot of actual playtest mileage and none of the quirks ever mattered in a meaningful way. Meaning: I am needlessly obsessing.

Every time I use Windows I am reminded just how good Linux is now.

Trying to do some CoD with the kiddo, 3 games in and it hard locked the entire system. Forced to hit the reset button.

Then Windows failed to load 3 times, then gave me a blue screen telling me Windows failed to start. Tried restarting again, Windows still fails to load and reboots itself.

Windows 11 is a clown-show.

Remember this next time a Big Tech company complains about EU regulations. Like when Microsoft tried to blame the EU for the CrowdStrike thing.

Not all regulations are good, not all work, most have unintended consequences. But regulation remains an important tool we need in our toolset.
