Another day, another rash of obvious comment spam bots on my YouTube videos.
I could be spending my time making content, but why make stuff when I can have all this fun manually reporting comments YouTube should be able to sniff out, and adding new words to my block list!
This is the REAL fun!
@sslaia It's frustrating, because ultimately I like the idea of a Star Trek style computer that can assist users in the way that Google and Microsoft are describing, but I genuinely doubt they have the security covered, or that they've explored the potential for abuse sufficiently.
And I'm preaching to the choir here, but a friendly reminder that even if YOU disable features like this on your own system, OTHER people you communicate with might still be vectors to compromise YOUR data.

The best they can accomplish is "we beat apple to market with a phone design no one says they want".

Washington just became the 6th state to pass an electronics Right to Repair law! A quarter of Americans are now covered by electronics repair laws.
And they also passed a bill for powered wheelchairs! That’s a double win for repair, and a big blow to manufacturer control.

It's kinda sad that the Galaxy S25 Edge is SO uninspired and creatively bankrupt, that it wouldn't even be fun to buy one just to trash it.
The interest is SO low, if I wanted to buy a phone just to trash it, I would STILL have a better chance of getting some traffic by getting an iPhone 16e today.
Samsung fumbled this so badly, we can't even HATE on it more than the worst iPhone launch in history...

If you care about the channels you sub to, and you really want to know what your favorite creators are publishing, you have to avoid YouTube's algorithm and app at all costs.
