Ist es nur bei mir ein lokaler Hotspot oder fällt das anderen auch immer öfter auf: illegale EBikes, aufgemacht als Fatbikes mit Bonanzaradähnlichem Sattel. Fahrer sitzen entspannt drauf, treten aber nicht und Rad fährt trotzdem, also irgendeine Art von Gasgriff. Natürlich kein Kennzeichen an dem Elektromoped (ein EBike ist es ja nicht mehr, wenn es ohne Treten zu fahren ist). Tippe mal auf Chinaimport.

* Connected another document in the #genealogy - census spelling issues Adolph == Edolfus == Edolph
* Discovered a small jar of raspberry syrup from last summer hidden at the back of the pantry.

My first in-person #baseball #baseball game of the year today: OSU Beavers vs. U of O Ducks in Eugene. Will be rooting for underdog Ducks, though I like both teams. Also going to ride the Solar System Trail on my #ebike and visit an art supply thrift store.

On my #ebike ride today, I saw a guy lighting a clay churchwarden pipe.

A town I know well is threatening an #EBike ban because some (presumably) kids tore up the surface of a pickleball court with their tires. Sure, that sucks. But what sucks more is kids getting forced into streets that were designed with zero regard to the welfare of people who aren't in cars.
