You are on a sinking ship with thousands of passengers. It can be saved if everyone stops partying and helps bail out and repair the ship, but it’s a slow leak and not everyone believes the ship is sinking. Others say there’s nothing that can be done. You want your deck to start work now and set an example, but people say they won’t until the bigger decks do it.
