I am not even sure there is a technical solution, inside the realm of open source, federated social media?

But one could maybe implant an individual and instance flag, signalling request not to be boosted in specific ways.

@GossiTheDog the thing is... This has nothing to do with bad management and AI. This is purely bad management. As evidenced by the story, these guys retire anyways. It's management job to make sure the workplace is run in such a way that no single employee is indispensable.

The sad truth is, that in order to do that, management sometimes need to hire ten people who will have boring jobs and red tape, instead of relaying on a single god-like glue guy. This is also a security question etc.
