To grow & improve, open science /data sharing need winning arguments, infrastructure, incentives etc … But also training & practice!
Therefore we discuss ways to structure student experiences & normalise /practice data sharing (noting how data sharing is a transferable skill). More than an abstract idea, we make data sharing a tangible student activity.
