Concordia University's Senate recently passed a Resolution on #OpenScience and #OpenScholarship. I'm really happy about this because it raises institutional support, encouragement, and recognition for open scholarship. I think it'll help in decision-making. Dedicated colleagues have been trying to pivot our university toward open practices (including publication, open source software, and more). A couple years ago we made some recommendations https://spectrum.library.concordia.ca/id/eprint/992647/ to this end
