I left several of my lenses at my brother's house just before the pandemic, thinking that I'd pick them up the next time I saw him. That turned out to be a matter of years, rather than months. Now I get to enjoy playing around with macro photography again

Clusters of mostly white, very faintly purple flowers with delicate string-like features instead of normal petals. Other clusters from the same plant are a little out of focus in the background, and have either lost their petals already or have not grown them yet

So apparently this is not a chameleon at all, but rather an oriental garden lizard. The males are capable of changing colors in certain seasons, but they're more closely related to iguanas than to true chameleons.
