Ogni mazzetto può contenere fino a 40 corolle di 7–8 cm, leggermente profumate. Arbusto vigoroso (120–150 × 200 cm), molto rifiorente e resistente, amatissimo nei giardini naturali per la sua generosità.

The out of focus background has various species of cacti in pots. Camera view from above. Centre frame is a set of 3 small flowers atop a stem from a succulent/cactus plant. The leaves are white, to red toward centre. The centres yellow, stamens apparent.
