added crude fence blocks to block game!

they still have a full block hitbox atm but they sure do make things look nice and cozy :3

Featuring the fortune teller fox I drew once

A bit of Sunday fun. My smooth transitions from graph to world didn't work as well once the world had elevation, because the positions of things would no longer line up. I've fixed that by scaling* the world up vertically as part of the transition.
*Actually messing with the camera matrix.

like. it's recursive somehow??? and he had like 20 test cases for it

if it's not obvious, heres a simpler way of doing what this does:

def convert_number(num_in):
  return num_in % 100
