@rexi the NextDraw series does have some extra pin outs that in an exsperimental context can turn on and off something like a UV laser.

Unfortunately, the NextDraw series is not capable of flight. ☺️

I originally came up with this a while back; inspired by the awesome split by The Holy Ghost Tabernacle Choir & Rotting In Dirt. At the time it didn't really fit what I wanted, but I always liked the design itself. Now that I've waited I love it all the more. It's made from 295,727 CMYK dots. The lyrics that inspired it are below:

Signo 0.5mm gel pens and watercolor on BFK Rives.

I've been plotting on bristol almost exclusively because it's so smooth and takes pen line work so well but as I use more mixed media I'm finding other papers work better overall. This BFK Rives is great at taking the watercolor with no bleeding or curling.

Experiments with an engraving tool for my Oct. '24 Patreon Rewards. It only worked well moving downwards though. I wrote my own vpype plugin to find anything going up and make it go down instead. Sounds simple, but from a technical perspective, it took a while to get it working in a way that was actually usable and helpful.

In the end, I really didn't love the results. But hey, that's art, baby!
