Die Brotbackmaschine braucht eine neue Schüssel und der Knethaken ist auch irgendwie verschwunden. Der richtige Zeitpunkt, um es mit #Sauerteig zu versuchen. Wer kann mir eine klassische Internetseite empfehlen, wo alles Wissenswerte zu finden ist und ohne #KI auskommt. Ich will echte Informatione von echten Menschen.
