@molecularmusing I have a storage server from Alwyzon, but they offer classic VPS and dedicated servers too. Their servers are located in Vienna. I can't complain about them - they have been very reliable. The servers are self-managed, though.

Either way, you'll unfortunately have to deal with fragmentation if you want to reach as many people as possible. Simply having X/Twitter will only partially help.
