I can run (not very fast) a 14b model on my 4060ti 8gb ... for experimenting is good enough, but for real usage, it's too slow.

@Fishd at least from what I gather from reddit, a lot of people are complaining about the AI performance on AMD or spending a lot of time troubleshooting the issues. I don't think there is yet a perfect scenario for the moment.

I'm still waiting for AMD's new release because Nvidia just had a paper launch, and their mid level graphic cards don't have enough VRAM ... maybe two A1000?

I would wait and see what AMD brings on next on the market. 9070xtx 32 GB might be interesting

@Fishd i would try to find a SH 3090. It has 24Gb VRAM and is built on CUDA platform

@ipg Ncase m2 would be a nice one. Console like, I don't know. I am using a Fractal Ridge at the moment. I love how Tetra R looks like (from thor-zone), but that one is still ITX form factor.
