@maikel Exactly! I'm from Django and mostly backend and also have little issue with "the rest" of Phoenix, but Ecto is very different from Django ORM and still is a bit hard to grok!

@maikel What is the book? I had the most trouble (still have) with Ecto to be productive in a Elixir/Phoenix stack.

I've just returned from #foss4g in #belem! It was an excellent first #foss4g! I met so many interesting and friendly people; it blew me away.

Now I have to think about how to get to next year's FOSS4G in #auckland!
