A vid about Kyoto with various anime sources – about Naye’s experience living in and nostalgia for the city! It’s just lovely – the transitions! The landscapes! I don’t have any connection to Kyoto but this vid made me feel things about it.

I spent a few days in Kyoto last year so this brings a lot of memories, and I had actually watched a few of those anime before hand to get in the mood, so it was fun to see these frames I knew but could now recognize from the times I've been there! Amazing!

I absolutely love these two novels (they're actually the only two danmei I've fully read ahah) and it's heartbreaking that they don't get the official release they deserve. And I worry about how the translators were treated in the process (for instance, where they truly fully compensated as Haitang claims?).

I remember checking the preview on the website and thinking that it didn't flow like professional translation should. Now it makes more sense...
