@krinkle I think you'll find this very interesting: chat.openai.com/share/ed37b3ab I haven't tested the qunitx test hooks yet on shim mode(node & deno) so having a TestContext or Assert class might be better still, but I'm trying to keep it slim ;)

@krinkle I've updated the QUnit to run on default node.js or deno test runners: github.com/izelnakri/qunitx

@samgranieri I like to use it as PWA with “Add to Homescreen” on iOS.

I would LOVE if the mastodon UI when someone follows me shows:

- Do they have any verified links in the bio and if so, show them to me without having to click through.

- Do you currently follow someone
with the same or similar name or username?

- Does anyone else you follow also follow that person?

Causes of antisemitism(obvious to many but true):
1- Lack of education(misinformation & psychological fallacies)
2- Lack of governance

Mastodon Lists need some improvements, imo.

1. Be able to add people you don't follow, so as to keep your Home timeline uncluttered but still allow you to checkout what's going on in a certain List.
2. Ability to also filter by keywords. Just because I added someone to a topical list, does not guarantee they will always post about that topic.
3. Easier navigation to Lists. Maybe a drop-down button on the Home feed to switch to a list?

What do you think?

How to migrate from one Mastodon server to another without losing followers:

1. Sign up on new server
2. On NEW server: Go to Account -> Moving FROM another account
3. Enter old account's handle
4. On OLD server: Go to Account -> Moving TO another account
5. Enter new account's handle and submit

@josh I actually just tell my experience because I observe that more people needs to be aware, Im not necessarily forcing anyone to convert, its a free choice. Also the fact that Im speaking positively about ember doesnt mean I might not have had bad or negative experiences with it in the past! ;)

@josh for a well tested SPA, actually ember did a great job with breaking changes since 2.0, especially compared to other frontend frameworks & component libraries. Also good testing(in addition to embers release/dev policy) by definition makes this setback not very important. 80% of my time is spent on testing, not on implementation. Actually, I know I'm saving big time on upgrades today and in the future with ember compared to other alternatives today.

I don't care how I'll be labeled/criticized with the following toot, but if you are building an SPA in JavaScript and not using ember.js, you are doing it wrong! 😂 It's been more than 10 years guys, especially if you don't like rails today you'll probably going to like ember.js. Especially the upcoming ember.js polaris edition.
