For a comedy-in-media class I just finished teaching, I tried an in-class experiment where I had the students create a single-camera version of a SEINFELD episode.
I told one student to shoot as many wacky angles (just stills, not video) of the actors as she could think of. She stood on a desk for high-angle shots, crawled on the ground for low-angle shots, and stuck her iPhone 6 inches from the actors’ faces. #Seinfeld #TeachingMedia #MediaStudies #SingleCamera
