It's really disheartening how much the internet has taken a step back in accessibility for epileptics. 5 years ago, the setting to turn off autoplay on videos in Firefox worked perfectly. Now, it's situational. 5 years ago, on Chrome, I could install extensions to stop autoplay and stop GIFs from animating. Now, none are supported because it's not "best practices". The internet is so much worse for epileptics now when it had been getting so good. It's so depressing.

The Fifth Estate is why “flood the zone with shit” is an effective tactic. We’re not making informed decisions based on answers from educated individuals. We’re making decisions based on vibes and standup comics who host pay-per-view fight clubs. We’re eating Tide Pods to get the toxins out. 沒有核心論述就會倒向意識形態，因為論述可以辯論，可以號召有判斷力的人。意識形態則相反，意識形態不容辯論，可以號召最無知的人。這就是為什麼柯文哲這樣的人不會提出明確的綱領，只有往正常政黨走的人才會提明確綱領。科學理性務實是萬用標籤，本身沒什麼好反對，但是他要做什麼你完全看不穿。
