First of all, this is the first year since 2018 that I have *not* been involved with the Hugos, and I’m finding it curiously liberating. Best of luck to Dave and the team; there have clearly been some glitches (as there are every year), but we do it because we love celebrating the best of the genre.

Thinking about the DH IE UK values. The word "sustainability" is crowded at the best of times (social sustainability, economic sustainability), and in DH often carries those extra implications to do with digital preservation, future interoperability and dependencies etc. How do we make sure nature and environment get appropriate focus within these values? #digitalhumanities
