@jmac it's extremely important that you don't rank candidates you find objectionable (idk, maybe you don't want a serial sexual harrasser as mayor, hypothetically). Your ballot will never be counted toward a candidate you did not rank. Conversely, your ballot MAY be counted toward any of the candidates you rank.
