I think I'm about done with red meat, I've had three different meats go bad within several days of purchase, and I'm tired of wasting food and money. I've played with vegetarian and flexitarian diets before and have always gone back to "normal" diet because it's easier with a family, but I think I'm done this time. Would anyone in the Denver area want to meet up with @micahilbery and me for coffee sometime in the upcoming weeks? We've lived out here in Colorado for about 4 months now and know like... 3 people. (Those 3 people are amazing, btw!) I love working fully from home but it does make it hard to make friends.
