Thank you so much for your kind words about @zenitizer and for covering its updates in your awesome report on multiple occasions, @hiro ☺️

And congratulations to you for the two year anniversary 👏 I love reading your report as it always lets me learn about something new and nerdy, but it's never too long or too crowded. The perfect coffee break read ☕ social.lol/@hiro/1146140060209

Recharge yourself while you're recharging your car! 🚘 🔋🧘

#EV charging breaks are such a great opportunity to do a quick #meditation during road trips!

Completed my daily @zenitizer goal and feeling ready to continue the journey now!

@jeff @catsalad Im so not ready for this whole internet thing 😩 😅

@drahardja 100% agree! As a European, that was one of the things that confused me most when I lived in the US 😅

(Right after having to deal with inches, miles, fluid ounces and Fahrenheit 🙊)

@marcel Alles Gute zum Geburtstag! 🥳 🎉

@kyle The top spot in my Apple Music yearly review playlist is usually something hilarious like “fireplace sounds” because we have a “Cozy Time” scene for the living room where the lights switch to a warmer shade and fireplace sounds can be heard 🔥 🤷‍♂️

And since that one “song” plays on repeat it gets LOTS of plays 🫠🔂

@rooster Thanks for sharing this, Russ - super interesting! And congrats on achieving statistical significance in a screenshot A/B test 🤓

Two years ago, Zenitizer launched on the App Store, and I want to sincerely thank you all for your support!

Every subscription, every review, every repost, or recommendation to a friend makes a huge difference, and I am incredibly grateful. 🙏

It's been an incredibly rewarding journey, getting such kind and thoughtful feedback and iterating on so many exciting features and improvements over the years. Here's to many more years of Zenitizer updates to come!

Thank you and happy meditating 💚

The exact number one would have if you started meditating with the Zenitizer exactly two years ago without interruptions. The text underneath the screenshot reads: "Celebrating two years on the App Store."

Do you know the feeling of using a part of your app you really dislike but never get around to fixing it?

After wanting to redesign the @zenitizer sound picker for a really long time, I'm so happy to finally ship it in the next update!

Sometimes you need to allow yourself to prioritize working on something you personally care about in your own projects ☺️

Once again, I set up an in-app event for an upcoming update: apps.apple.com/us/app/meditati

I’ve had mixed success in the past (sometimes leading to many additional clicks and sometimes going practically unnoticed).

Let’s hope this one will help a few folks (re)discover @zenitizer 🤞☺️

@johwahl Haha that’s a good point! It might work 🤓

Ship it, they said… 🚢

Wrapping up my current @zenitizer update while waiting for the ferry to arrive 🤓

Could certainly get used to the view - but not the shaky environment 🥴

There are a few significant changes coming with Swift 6.2.

Here are some thoughts on SE-0466. This one is about controlling the default isolation and it has some pretty big implications.

@refactoredd Congratulations! That’s such wonderful news ☺️

Our little one is just over a year old now and it's been such an incredible journey 🤩

Wishing you three all the best! Embrace every moment - I know it sounds cliché, but they DO grow up fast 🥲

And yes, I'm using Focus modes to make sure I only see the notifications that matter at a given moment.

And even with AOD off, the display will light up briefly when a notification comes in - as expected 👍

But when I choose to ignore a notification, it’s "gone” and that makes all the difference 😌

2025-05-08

For the first time since getting my #iPhone 16 Pro, I decided to try it without “Always on Display” and I actually love it that way!

It's so liberating because I'm not tempted to glance at notifications that are lingering on my lock screen, when the phone is sitting face up… 😅

@eabowers Awesome, great! At some point, I might phase out the "big public TestFlight group" and if you would like to join a smaller, more focused (and more permanent) group, I'd need your email, but for the time being both groups will be getting the same builds so that's fine 😉

2025-05-07

@eabowers Wonderful, thanks! You're still in the TestFlight group, right? The first build with that feature went live there last week (at least for iOS, watchOS will follow soon, I hope!).

If you're not in the TestFlight, I can always add you if you don't mind share your email with me (no worries, I won't be using it for spam, marketing etc 😅)

@matthewbischoff I remember from back when we had an ICE car, that I always tried to get nice round numbers at gas pumps, by releasing the lever in just the right moment.

Since here in Europe we usually pay inside after fueling, I always walked into the gas station with a proud grin on my face, expecting the cashier to have some mad respect for me landing on such a nice number, but most of the time they didn’t even notice 🥲
