Honey crisps in the #breakfast apple galette. And coffee

There’s avocado and toasted focaccia under all those sprouts, egg and tomato. #breakfast rounded out with tea.

The dinner roll recipe makes too many, so half did a slow refrigerator rise and then baked for this morning’s #breakfast. Out of the oven, opened, egg/cheese/ham added (but no pig for me!) then back for the final bake. And coffee.

First try at omurice for #breakfast. And tea.

The #omelette today is not French… it’s filled with sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onion, and a bit of gruyère, and cooked a little hotter; topped with chopped chives. Arugula and the chive flower round out the #breakfast. And tea.

I remembered the raspberries for #breakfast, and the last of the cake. And coffee
