Meetings got out of control for me last year: some days I'd look at my schedule and start the day with a sigh, which is sad.
This year, I want to revamp how I organize and accept #meetings.

This article resonates with me, I'm definitely "maker schedule" type, but accept meetings which fragment my day. Will be looking for ways to avoid this (office hours seems like one useful option):

A Xmas tradition we have is to prefer made, over bought, gifts.

Tonight, while placing gifts for Xmas morning, we noticed it on record, hiding under the tree... 🕵️
Luckily for Santa, the camera ran out of memory before midnight!
