@discontinuity @awfulwoman @yosh when I lived in a horribly humid rental in London, I bought an air dehumidifier to fix the mold and the heating issue.

In the first few weeks the machine ran non-stop taking several liters of water from the literal thin air. After it stabilized it ran in minimum settings and just for a few hours a day.

Maybe something worth checking?

My 🇩🇪 #Germany 🚅 diagram has been updated for 2026! It focuses on long-distance train lines that run at least three times a day. Providing a more interpretable alternative to #DB 's official #IC and #ICE diagram with a stronger focus on the system (regularly running connections and their frequency instead of the sole line definition) was my initial motivation for starting creating diagrams a couple of years ago.
