As of right now, those users are still active on the server, posting gifs of George Floyd, wishing death, and openly talking about their hate for tr**nies and n***ers, with dozens of their messages still in place across every channel of the Discord. That's gone on for twelve hours so far.
As a long-time moderator and someone with experience in comms, the way I would have handled that issue is by verifying the claim by joining that Discord, then raising the problem with fellow Microsoft staff so they can forward it to any parties involved with Tell Me Why, then reassuring the inquiring party that this is being looked into. Anything less than that is just insensitive and dismissive, especially of the vulnerable groups who are more likely to be on the Tell Me Why server.
A user contacted Don't Nod about the mod's inactivity, but the type of that ticket was changed to Publisher Support. When I raised the issue on the publisher's Discord that currently has the Progress flag in its image, my message was removed, and I was told, in the true spirit of bureaucracy, that they had nothing to do with that server and that I should contact the developer or Discord (which I had as well). 2/2

That would be something to report to Discord and/or the game developer.

Today in Marvel Rivals, I had a team mate whose name was Emofemboy, and one other team mate was excited about that, but when I tried to comment, the game wouldn't let me type "femboy", claiming it's inappropriate content. So much for Pride Month!
The Xbox showcase announcement of a new Don't Nod game was pleasantly surprising! Sadly, it's not of the Life is Strange type and seems to be more like Jusant, but I still wishlisted it.
Going by reddit, this is an unpopular opinion, but the new battle pass in Fortnite is full of fab skins! I like Synthwave and Morgan Myst the most, but the other fem outfits are great as well! Robin from DC is also a welcome addition.
The main Summer Game Fest show was okay and got me to wishlist some games, but none of the announcements was incredibly exciting to me. The Xbox showcase will probably be a lot more interesting, just like last year.
