Pete Seeger passed away eleven years ago today, here is an illustration I made to commemorate..
He made the worker’s song “Solidarity Forever” popular in the 1960’s, with a variation on the original, which was written by Ralph Chaplin in 1915, using a folk melody of the day.
His songs and presence were timeless and well worth a listen today.
