South Carolina Supreme Court strikes down state’s 6-week #abortion law
The #SouthCarolina Supreme Court struck down the state’s six-week #AbortionBan on Thursday, ruling that the law that restricted abortions after detectable fetal cardiac activity ‘an unreasonable restriction upon a woman’s #RightToPrivacy’ & #unconstitutional.
