Das Thema, wie zivilgesellschaftl. Organisationen - als Ausgleich für finanzstarke Wirtschaftslobbys - gefördert werden, wird wohl schon länger diskutiert.

Bei den "Geheimverträgen" (o.O Verschwörung!!1!) geht es wohl um Förderanträge der NGOs, die zu nicht-öffentlichen Verträgen führten, welche deren Leistungen definieren - damit der Förderung auch was Messbares ggü. steht.

DLF hat's auch schon zurückgestuft.

@tagesschau Bei anderen Punkten ist es nicht so trivial zu sehen, woher der Vorwurf konstruiert ist ohne das Dokument. Gehe aber davon aus, dass hier viel Kontextfrei aus dem Antragstext als Vertragsbestandteil statt aus der hochstandardisierten Vorlage für den eigentlichen Vertrag "zitiert" wird.
Hinweis zu den FDP und Unionlern die mitjammern: Alle drei waren ja zum Zeitpunkt der Verabschiedung von LIFE MdEP - Abstimmungsverhalten finde ich auf die Schnelle nicht, wäre spannend ;-)

@tagesschau Was normalerweise nicht einfach herunterladbar ist, sind die Förderverträge, die mit den Gewinnern der Ausschreibung abgeschlossen werden. Ich kenne LIFE nicht, aber andere EU-Vertragsvorlagen. Ich bin mir sicher dass die zitierten "X Lobby-Briefe & Y Social Media Posts" mitnichten "von EU-Beamten" reingeschrieben wurden. Das sind Standard-Indikatoren die Antragstellerinnen für erfolgreiche Kommunikation der geförderten Maßnahmen nennen und der Antrag ist idR Anhang des Vertrags.

Late evening scene, it's rather dark, except for some late-dusk dark blue-grey sky that still lends some visibility to the upper area of the picture. The left 3/4ths of the portrait-oriented picture are filled with an old industrial brick building, graffitied, entry gate down. All windows are dark except for the one most in the foreground, which is covered by shutters that are illuminated by a green-ish light (or it is the colour of the shutters?). The lower part of the building is dimly lit by artificial light from the street, which must be to the right of the picture. In front of the building, there is a sidewalk and a tree frames the image on the right edge.
