More Structured Workouts: We wanted more variety and choice in our workouts and training plans, so we've added more workouts from our expert coach to cater for every training goal.

Advanced Search Function: As cyclists, we wanted a search function that could fine-tune and find the exact workout we need. Use our new filters to locate workouts based on zones, training focus, and duration.

Feature #4:
Perform a simulation workout

Ready to ride through stunning landscapes without leaving home? The simulation feature lets you do just that! Add your own routes from STRAVA or GPX files and experience the ups and downs of the road. Plus, with Apple Maps integration, enjoy lifelike 3D views of your routes.

Perform an FTP test

Ensure you’re in the optimal training zones for your workout. Perform a ramp test and set your FTP.

You should check this once a month or when you begin a training plan.

New Update! Version 2.2 is out!

Take your structured workouts out into the (hopefully soon) warm spring air and complete your training on the road with your Apple Watch. If it's connected to a power meter, you'll have all the important data on your wrist.

After training, you can (automatically) import the recording and get an overall picture of your training. Of course, all of this counts towards your statistics and goals.
