Heute Mittag war ich mit Ylvi und Rumo auf einer meiner üblichen Strecken trainieren. Für Rumo war sie neu, ich glaub er fand sie gut. Das bisschen Schnee der Nacht war nicht schlimm, die meisten Waldwege waren sogar halbwegs abgetrocknet, das Wasser versickert. Nur ein paar halb gefrorene Pfützen gab es noch. Es war ein tolles Training. Ich bin sehr stolz auf alle. 😊

I'm cancelling my #trainerroad the new AI is terrible. It's entire conception is just awful, does not take into account how human bodies work.
I have raised the issues with them and they keep annoyingly emailing me for follow up after I ask not to.
So I looked at the app page in Play store. All feedback this is year is the same "AI slop"

Imagine you lived in a world, where people didn't believe in the concept of training.
Maybe not fully disbelieve it, but treat the concept as strange, distant and abstract, like it exists somehow, but has nothing to do with them and doesn't affect their lives.

They would believe, that people don't build muscles with physical labor, but the other way around, some people just do physical labor, because they're strong.
