@fanta Me he dado cuenta de que lo que permite Mastodon, al ser una red descentralizada, es crear una serie de círculos de vacunación donde no se permite la entrada de elementos disruptores de la paz social. Seguramente tenga su contraparte negativa, pero permite que los años que he pasado aquí sean tranquilos y rodeados de gente que me parece tolerante y constructiva.

Okdiario ha enviado una carta de rectificación a La Marea en la que confirma toda la información publicada sobre el contrato que firmó en 2019 con la asociación proisraelí ACOM, pero niega que se tratara de "publicidad sionista".

En el contrato se establecía que el diario dirigido por Eduardo Inda publicaría 10 notas con información proporcionada por ACOM. Una de las cláusulas le obligaba a no difundir contenidos que dañaran su imagen a cambio de 75.000 euros al año.

Me llama mucho la atención el como, incluso entre la autoproclamada prensa progresista, se emplea un doble rasero en el lenguaje para según ciertos temas que, a fuerza de repetir, se ha quedado incrustado en nuestro día a día pero que cuando lo analizas resulta deliberadamente pernicioso.

Cosas como llamar a los secuestrados por Hamás "rehenes" pero a los secuestrados por Israel "prisioneros", aunque se trate de niños pequeños o civiles que ni siquiera han sido juzgados.

O como al dar la noticia de un ataque a una sinagoga en Reino Unido hablan del "auge del antisemitismo" en el país pero cuando en la misma semana queman una mezquita hablan del "auge del odio", como si el odio hacia las personas musulmanas no tuviese un nombre y se mete en el cajón de sastre de "odio", pero no se hace lo mismo cuando las víctimas son judías.

Y está tan normalizado que asusta.
