@1password I heard (on bsky) that if I make my account on 1password.ca that my data will be kept in Canada, but whenever I try to get there I'm redirected to the pricing page on 1password.com.
How can I ensure my data stays in Canada?

Pro tip: clean YouTube links. When you get a link from YT, it includes an ID tracking back to YOU. It's a "query string" on the end of the URL like this:

...?si=[tracker_ID_here]

This ID allows YouTube (and their owner, Google, and *their* owner, Alphabet, and ALL of their associates) to track the people who click on the link, and the apps they used, back to you, building a network of none-of-their-business.

Good news: DELETE the "?si=..." part & the link works just fine without the tracking.

30 trillion cells in my body are human, whatever that means, and 38 trillion are various bacteria! There are a bunch of viruses too which are currently impacting my functionality!

I am 68 trillion microorganisms in a trench coat which results in a sort of self-propelling, self-replicating digestion tube, but I am paid to act as if I am a clean, rational, thinking machine!

This is very stressful for all 68 trillion of us, so sometimes we complain about it on the internet.

Isolating bigotry works, bigots are telling you this themselves by how hard they fight against it.

You might think public discourse somehow stops bigotry, but bigots know better. Here's how it works:

1. Discourse with bigots gives bigots a bigger audience to spread hateful lies to about vulnerable groups.

2. All of the audience hears the lies, and part of audience believes them.

3. The part that believes the lies starts spreading the lies too.

4. The bigot's following grows, their lies are normalised.

5. Rinse and repeat.

UGH This is why I hate not having a language toggle for spell check in Outlook... it's supposed to switch automatically based on the language I'm writing in, but for some reason it hasn't clocked that I'm writing in French today and without a toggle I have no way to force the switch 😩
