have you seen any study which reports on the most frequent causes of death in winter storms such as our (US) most recent? My curiosity question is "What are the most common causes of winter storm related deaths?" ... not just the coroner's statement, but the circumstances and location would matter it seems.

I'm guessing that the "Phone" app wants the Location permission in the event that it will be using the wifi or an IP call. I do not understand why Android bundled wifi into its Location services; other than being a general user exploitation scheme.
Maybe the "A-I" will be trained to audit and prosecute the wealthy, and to draw the lines of association between all their shell companies.
