Hack squat on the #totalgym with a couple of plates. Added a couple more after too...
Thanks to youtube/hybridresistance for all the guidance on the sliding bench
Leg day will be different this week - added a couple more plates on the Total Gym to get it up to 240 lbs / 108 kg (approximately anyway)
About 80+ lbs / 36 kg more than i had
Should be fun!!
