Day 10:
1. No coffee.
2. No Medikinet.
3. Yes 150mg Bupropion.
Why? A rest day. Also I sleep slightly better on Bupropion.
Fuck it.
Day 7: taking Medikinet 40mg.
Today's config:
1. No caffeine.
2. No Bupropion.
3. I don't have to go to the gym because after back day is always rest day before a new workout week restarts on pecs (shoulders need resting and both use them).
4. I'm taking them alongside the Symtuza at 6:52am (now).
