Incoming calls from mainly #ATTWireless are connecting with no voice to our company #VOIP. Outgoing calls from us are not affected. Testing, indicates that other providers are not affected either. Opened a ticket with our provider, but this is so weird. I hope someone can figure it out.

AT&T has agreed to pay $13 million to resolve an investigation over a data breach of a cloud vendor in January 2023 that impacted 8.9 million AT&T wireless customers

The FCC said the data exposed in 2023 covered customers from 2015 through 2017 that should have been deleted in 2017 or 2018.

my #employer mobile line is with AT&T and voice and data do not work and haven't since at least mid-morning but there doesn't appear to be a national issue. my director has the same problem. POTS calls don't work, internet doesn't work, but vanilla #ss7 #SMS is fine. submitted a ticket but i'm curious if anyone else has #ATTWireless problems today.

biggest clue was two iphones were SMS only no iMessage which makes sense because if there's no tcp/ip happening on the cellular side :shrug:
